Maria Simma speaks with Nicky Eltz
This is a must read book!!!
Maria Simma is a mystic who was born in Sonntag, Austria to poor peasant farmers in 1915. They were humble Catholic country folk who possessed a simple, yet very devout faith in God. Beginning in 1940, Maria began to be visited by souls in purgatory. It is important to note that Maria never sought these visits from the holy souls. She never called upon them or "channeled" them in any way. The holy souls told her that it is God, in His great mercy, who gave them permission to come to her to obtain sacrifices and prayers that their time in purgatory might be lessened. The holy souls appeared to Maria for 64 years until her death in 2004.
The holy souls repeatedly told Maria that the greatest thing we can do to help them, is to have Masses offered for them. Next to the Mass, the holy Rosary and the Stations of the Cross are also very beneficial to them.
According to Maria, the greatest "complaint" of the souls in Purgatory is how they are almost completely forgotten by their family and loved ones, and rightly complain that they receive no spiritual help from those who they themselves helped so much during life. How few prayers are ever offered up for them, even at their funerals. Yet prayer is precisely what they need the most! During her visits with the holy souls, they revealed much to Maria about their lives, and the world around us as seen through God's eyes.
This book is a compilation of over 60 detailed interviews with Maria that took place over a two-year period with the author, Nicky Eltz. It will give you a glimpse into purgatory and Heaven, and reveal much about our faith and how it relates to the world around us. Most importantly, it will inspire your faith, and increase your devotion to the holy souls in purgatory. This is truly a must read book.

"Dear reader, What you are now holding is a most interesting book. The world beyond is speaking. It is offering advice, asking for help, and giving answers. It exists and speaks about life - our life here and of possible consequences of our behavior. It tells us that it is not the same to be humble, loving, good, merciful, loyal and honest as it is to be proud, loveless, bad, merciless, betraying and dishonest. At death this is not forgotten but rather remembered in total clarity. Not only is the punishment, or better yet the cleansing, spoken about; but also the length of this cleansing and so very much more!! ...all personal doubts disappeared once I too had met and spoken with Maria Simma. She is true..."
